TERMS & CONDITIONS

 Participation on first-come first-serve basis inclusive of registration fee.

 Registration fee includes following

• Free access to European Catalogue exhibition
• Access to official networking luncheon on 5th & 6th of May 2009
• All technical material relating to the Business Summit.
• Morning and Evening Refreshments on both days

 Payment by cheque only. Tax invoices will be issued on request.

 For local companies :
 All cheques should be payable to “ECCSL” / Account Payee and MUST reach us at the following address latest  by 12 noon on 30th April 2009.

 For visiting non European companies :
 Payment in advance via Bank telegraphic transfer latest by 12 noon on 28th April 2009.

 All attending the programme are requested to be at the venue thirty minutes (Sharp 8.30 AM) before the  programme due to security reasons and on time commencement of the programme.

 Please note upon registration if your organisation is unable to participate as registered, we request your kind  co- operation in notifying the ECCSL latest by 28th April 2009 12.00 noon via phone/ e-mail or fax. Non- notification  will result in registration fee being levied.
